Most inflatables are very large and heavy even when rolled up. The minimum gate/doorway width allowed for most inflatables is 36".
The double slide is larger and required a minimum gate width of 48".
Due to the weight a bulkiness of the inflatables, we will no transport them down stairs. If you have concerns about access to your setup location, please contact us.
Delivery and pickup are free for rentals that are within 17 miles of our location. Deliveries that are further away may include a small fee based on the distance.
Your inflatable rental will include the inflatable(s), blower(s), extension cord. Water hose/misters are available for wet slide rentals for $10.
The blower needs to be brought inside during rain and overnight.
You can cancel up to 48 hours before your rental. Cancellation requests received less than 48 hours from the rental will be subject to a cancellation fee.
No pets, shoes, food, drinks, streamers, silly string, jewelry, or sharp objects permitted inside/on the inflatables.
Will not set up on street, gravel, in public parks or apartment complexes. Surface must be flat, free of rocks, mud, sticks, debris, and pet waste.
If the order is not paid in full up front, we take cash, check, Venmo, or CashApp upon delivery.
